Lumi Consulting Group is an independent firm specializing in Workday® consulting services. We are a team of critical thinkers that guide our clients through software implementations and ongoing support. Where it all began
In 2017, Lumi Consulting Group was founded with the mission to help Workday clients have a better Workday® experience and become the friendliest, most dependable, and honest service providers in Workday®. We were tired of not having a good answer to the question "How do other customers do this?" with that in mind, they created a comprehensive solution for those customers by creating Lumi.

Chase Zollinger
Integration Architect
With 8+ years of direct Workday experience, both as a consultant and customer, Chase understands what it takes to successfully implement and stabilize. Chase enjoys helping customer teams develop their Workday knowledge and helping identify ways to make processes more efficient. Chase loves staying active and spending time with his family.
Matt Dobbs
Integration Architect
At Workday, Matt was tired of not having a good answer to question: “How do other customers do this?” So he teamed up with Chase to build a dream team to change the production support space. A proud Cal Poly SLO graduate, Matt lives with his fiancé Katie in Lafayette, CA.
Nate Lloyd
HCM Consultant
Nate Lloyd is a big fan of basketball and loves snowboarding on big snow days. He is a Workday payroll, time tracking, and absence expert. He has been implementing and supporting Workday for over 9 years and enjoys helping out clients and our consultants.
Elijah Hess
Integration Architect
Elijah works primarily in Workday Integrations, but is also heavily involved in Learning, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, HCM, and more. In his spare time, Elijah loves a good challenge: remodels, vehicle projects, races or other fitness challenges. But he's also a big fan of simply being a couch potato.
Hayden Dixon
HCM Consultant
Hayden is a Senior Consultant with experience in HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll. Prior to joining Lumi he was an implementation consultant at Workday. In his free time he coaches youth/HS lacrosse and pretends to know how to cook.
Melanie Young
Executive Assistant
Melanie runs everything behind the scenes, if she doesn’t have an answer for something she will find it. She has two little girls who rule her world and no longer has “free time”.
Diana Perry
Integration Architect
Diana spends her free time on the tennis court or in the mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a Workday Integrations Specialist after studying Integrations Systems and Computer Science at Brigham Young University.

Financials Consultant
Sean is a Denver-based Workday Financials Consultant with experience in all financial functional areas. At work, he enjoys solving tough problems for customers. In his personal life, he spends as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors.

Adrian is a Workday HCM Consultant who specializes in Benefits, Open Enrollment, ACA reporting, and Recruiting.
Ben Child
Integration Architect
Ben is a Workday Integration Consultant who joined the Lumi team after 4 years at Workday. He received a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Utah State University. Ben lives in Salt Lake City where he enjoys music, the outdoors, and powerlifting.
Justin Jones
Integration Architect
Justin is a Salt Lake City-based Workday Consultant with a specialty in integrations who spent over 5 years at Workday prior to joining the Lumi team. He received a Bachelor’s degree in both Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Utah. Outside of work, you can find him in the mountains skiing and snowboarding in the winter, or golfing and rock climbing in the summer.
